Pricing and GST

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. GST is subject to change and users of the Cornilleau Website will not be informed by MyEdge Pty Ltd if a change occurs.

Customer Communications

MyEdge Pty Ltd will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to MyEdge Pty Ltd for this purpose

From time to time, MyEdge Pty Ltd will also send you marketing material. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by MyEdge Pty Ltd. MyEdge Pty Ltd will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. MyEdge Pty Ltd also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

● You provide an unauthorised credit card
● We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
● You provide invalid personal details
● The product has become unavailable

MyEdge Pty Ltd will notify you before cancelling your order.
 

Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination

If you breach these terms and conditions, MyEdge Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.

If you are awaiting delivery of products, MyEdge Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
 

Delivery

MyEdge Pty Ltd delivers within Australia with exceptions to Northern Territory and Tasmania. MyEdge Pty Ltd will make best efforts to deliver products within 5 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. MyEdge Pty Ltd will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time.
 

Warranty

Cornilleau warrants its equipment with respect to manufacturing or material defects for one year from the date of purchase. Additional periods for certain products are detailed in the product information.
- The conditions of warranty can not be changed in anyway except by Cornilleau in writing.
- Warranties are granted if a product is damaged or has failed under normal working conditions.
 

No warranty is granted:

- If the product has been used for an activity other than the intended purpose
- If the product has been mistreated and/or dropped
 

The following will be required for ALL warranty claims:

- Proof of purchase (including date of purchase)
- Customer details – name, address and contact details.
- Brief outline of the circumstances involved.
- Every endeavour will be made to process a claim as quickly as possible.

Vouchers and Promotions

MyEdge Pty Ltd uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on cornilleau-store.com.au and by clicking "Apply Coupon". By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on cornilleau-store.com.au you agree to receive our newsletter with updates on new arrivals. Disputes

This contract will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
